Whew. Maybe if I did this more often, we'd actually eat at home! I continually forget to get something out of the freezer to thaw, and then hubby doesn't like my quick options (chicken nuggets, anyone?) so we end up eating out all the time. This week is a bit unique as we're in the last minute holiday rush the same as everyone else...
Monday: Spaghetti
Tuesday: Out running around...pick something up at the Food Court?
Wednesday: Pork Chops (Schnitzel?)
Thursday: Out meeting up with hubby's previous co-workers
Friday: Chicken Tacos
Saturday: Christmas Eve dinner at Mimi & Papa's (this one is for sure!!)

I use to plan dinner for the week and it made everything so easy. I really need to get back to doing that. Or maybe I'll just use your menu hehehe.
