Okay. Stressed is just desserts backwards, right?
It takes me an hour to pump four ounces. Sometimes I still can't get it. I just spent 45 minutes and have just less than two ounces, and haven't gotten anything in the last ten minutes, so I'm taking a break. I NEED to have bottles pumped for someone else to watch her while I train from my job. Today's pumping efforts are so I can go to a friend's candle party. Grr...!!!
I still need to line up daycare for when I train for my job. Ideally, I'd like people to come here. Secondly, I'd like them all to be clones of me, cuz I'm not ready to leave her with ANYONE else! So far I have her daddy working from home one day, and my brother coming over one day, and one of my best friends who is very good with babies coming another day. That leave four more six-hour days to cover. Grrr...!!!
How in hell does one pack for TWO MONTHS away from home with a baby? Seriously. I'm clueless here. I think we'll be most limited by the actual luggage we own. Is hubby going to set up to ship things? He's gone a week before we go, so I'm PETRIFIED that it won't be done when he leaves, so I'll be home alone with the baby (except that's the week I need to go in to the office and train for the new job), and need to pack stuff for both of us and get the house ready to be vacant for two months, and set up the stuff for my parents to pick up along with the cat a couple days after we leave. Grrr.....!!!!

Busy Bee
Tomorrow is looking like it could get a little crazy! Here's my schedule (obviously more for my benefit in sorting it out than your entertainment!):
- Wake up.
- Shower.
- Breakfast.
- Bathe baby.
- Leave house by 9am.
- Kinkos to make new cards for candle show next week (she realized she wants it Thursday, not Tuesday..grr...).
- Post office to mail said cards and send Hypnobabies materials back for repurchase (yay!!).
- LLL meeting at 10am.
- Go to credit union to deposit checks and cash from mom's candle party and rebate check from Stopzilla.
- Pick up lunch on the way home (cuz I certainly don't want to finish all that and then have to cook).
Wish me luck!

Waiting...
Still waiting for the call back on that job that I interviewed for on Wednesday. The woman said she'd call back by the end of the week - so that's today, right? I'm getting more and more nervous. I really need it.
My back-up plan, you'll remember, is to work my candle biz again. That's actually become a step up from a back-up plan now, as I already have a show booked in a couple weeks, whether or not I get the job I want. I've got her guest list, and have just been thinking about how to send out reminder cards, since I don't have any actual reminder cards. I'm thinking about just laying something out 4-up, then having it printed on cardstock. Luckily I already know everyone who is being invited, since they are some of my regulars from before. I'm sure they'd be okay with my 'fake' invites. And I'll actually be able to see some of the new product in person before the show, since I was invited as a guest to someone else's show about a week before. Hahahahaha...I'll go, so I can see what I'll be selling!

Back to Business
The wheels are set in motion. I'm picking up my candle biz again. Want free candles? Drop me a line!
By doing this again, I should be able to make the fundage I need in one or two nights a week, plus the stuff I've been doing with this blog. Honestly, I'm not really thrilled with the idea, but it's better than day care and a job outside the home. A 'real' job outside the home would spend what little income it brought in on daycare and incidentals. With my candle biz, my man can stay home with Maggie while I go out and make a quick hundred or two...
Wish me luck!
