They say the best way to hold yourself to goals is to write them down and share them. Here goes.

1. I will earn the DCD trip to Punta Cana. This is a big goal, reached by smaller steps:
  • Starting November, sell $2000 per month
  • Between November and the end of March (the contest time frame left), sponsor four new chocolatiers.

2. Once I am cleared by my midwife (November 14), I will find an exercise class and begin to exercise weekly.

3. I will eat at least three meals and two snacks per day.

I have really been enjoying Zumba. The moves are designed to provide a cardio workout with interval style training so your constantly working within your target heart rate. Maybe check with the MD and have an EEG done before starting anything?
