We wandered around a store today after getting ice cream (because Maggie wanted to spend the afternoon, and I quote: "Going into stores and looking at things.") and looked at stuff for the new house. Besides a nifty pot lid holder to go inside a cupboard door (I'm not making this up - I saw one on the internet), most of what we look at now is sort of decorate-y. We still want window dressings for most of the downstairs windows, and hubby's mind is sort of set on blinds, but we'll see.
I want to get some poster printing or artwork for the bathrooms. Sounds goofy, I know, but we have plenty of pictures for most of the walls, but nothing really appropriate for the kids' bathroom or the downstairs powder room. I don't want pictures of people I know - ew! I told hubby I'd like to keep an eye on the craft fairs that will be at the summer festivals coming up soon, and I'll also browse Etsy. I'm sure the right thing will come to us!

I think this is funny since we just talked about those kids sayings to put on the bathroom walls. It's all about timing.
