Ouch - My Brain!

All this training I've been doing for my business lately will be great on my resume if I ever want to do customer service representative work for someone else. Successful direct sales is essentially taking care of your customers (guests or hostesses) with no one else to pass the buck to.

I'm still blown away by one of the statistics I was provided with in training a couple weeks ago: 55% of customers stop buying because of company indifference or lack of contact. Are your customer service representatives effectively conveying your concern for your customers?

Do you think this training would benefit Pat in his carpet cleaning sales? The stuff you talk about sounds similar from a business pov. He could do this training on his winter down time!
