How many people will be looking for weight loss secrets once they make their New Year's resolutions? I'd suggest (in my [not quite] professional opinion - hahaha) looking to the Europeans for some of their weight maintenance secrets. I just don't see as many obese people here. I think part of it is out of necessity. We do a lot more walking over here, and for some things, larger people just wouldn't fit. The stairs up to the cathedral at Cologne and some of the staircases in Marksburg castle are ideal examples of 'skinny people only' attractions...
