Here's a church spire in Souse, Germany. We went with our friends Stefan and Jutta on Friday night to the Christmas Market there. Most German towns had outdoor Christmas Markets.
This is a decoration that seemed somewhat common. I think the point was Santa trying to climb in the window, but I kept thinking someone was trying to hang the bastard out the window as a peeping Tom....
Here's a beautiful view as we drove toward the Alps early Saturday morning. We went for the weekend to Garmisch.
My man didn't know before that I'm afraid of heights..here's a couple he took of the view from the gondola as we went up the side of a mountain to our hotel for Saturday night.
Fear of heights or not, this view from the room made the scary ride up well worth it...
