The abbey windows: I love the fact that a few of them have stayed nearly intact! The roof is gone and there's a tree (not a sapling, a TREE) and grass growing inside.
There were several statues of humans around the park, but at the front of the abbey was a serpent. Am I the only one who thinks that's sort of odd?
I went for a long walk one day at 'Gruner Winkel' (the town park). There were ducks nearly covering one section of the river. Unfortunately, when I set down my purse and dug out my camera to take their picture, they thought I was getting ready to feed them and swarmed me! Attack ducks!
