Marvel Universe LIVE! - Review

The Marvel Universe LIVE! show is one you don't want to miss! The action was seriously nonstop!

I was a little nervous at the beginning, as my superhero knowledge isn't necessarily up to snuff, but this show was literally like being part of a movie - 3D without the annoying glasses. The whole plot was really spelled out, complete with superhero introductions.

Don't make the same mistake I made though. When they talk about pyrotechnics, that's another word for fireworks and explosions, people. Poor Jack was super startled the first time, and insisted that I hold my hands over his ears for the rest of the show. So thank you to hubby for the pictures ;)

Spiderman battling against Goblin.
Little dude's favorite character was Spiderman. I loved watching the development of the characters in and out of their superhero personas. The banter between Peter Parker and Tony Stark started off the show with some laughs, and later Bruce Banner had a great time teasing Wolverine about whether he'd ever been in a bouncy house. Just my kind of humor.

All the characters in the finale.
My daughter's favorite character was Black Widow. The first fighting scene when she was introduced was incredible. We all enjoyed the motorcycle tricks - it was amazing what they could do with the bikes in such a small arena, with people moving around them too!

There are still performances throughout this weekend at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

I was on the other side so I didn't get to see lady liberty's face. I'm sure you also had amazing seats. My youngest loved it.
