I thought about sitting down and doing a Menu Plan Monday today, but I'm somehow planning even less of a menu than ever before!
Tonight I think hubby's coming home for dinner, but they've got some major racecar drama, so he may be going to his friend's house to work on the car.
Tomorrow is his regular racecar build night, so I don't plan dinner.
Wednesday my parents are coming over to celebrate Maggie's birthday. I want to be able to relax and enjoy their company, so I think we're grabbing some carryout.
Thursday is date night! Hubby and I are going to Zoomance at the Detroit Zoo. My mother-in-law is watching the kids, so I'm sure I'll just be leaving them some variation of pizza.
Friday is possibly our first family dinner this week (well, at least that I'll be cooking...).
I totally love summer, but it sure is a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants as far as meals go :)
