Monday: Hot dogs, corn on the cob, and some green vegetable if I can find one around here...
Tuesday: City Chicken, rice, asparagus
Wednesday: Meatballs & gravy, mashed potatoes, corn
Thursday: OMG Taco Bake. Because we all love it. Every week.
Friday: Pork roast in the crock pot, potatoes, a vegetable
Saturday: Jeska's Michigan wedding reception (she was married in August in California, but she's having another reception back in her hometown :) )

I love the crisp Autumn temps of Southern Maine when I was living there. For the last 18 yrs I've been on the West coast so no fall foliage to enjoy.
Your menu plan sounds so delicious.
