I always say things will work out, and they always do! Today I talked to our new next-door neighbor and she said her kids (now teenagers) have outgrown their play structure and we can have it - otherwise they'll be taking it apart and throwing it away. Sign us up! It needs to be stained, but that's a lot easier than spending a small fortune on a new one.
I was also admiring their propane fire pit. They may be good friends to have ;) Hubby also said he found a mini-picnic table in the attic above the garage. Since he didn't have the ladder handy, we're not sure if it's in decent shape or not yet, but I figure they wouldn't have gone to the trouble to put it up there if it wasn't still usable. Here's hoping!
