I was talking to a friend about Bioidentical Hormone Replacement a few months ago. I was totally thinking it had branched off from the Six Million Dollar Man or something, but it turns out to be much less intimidating.
What I found out was a lot more information for women than men, but the progesterone stuff they talk about for women in menopause? Yup - as simple as that. I actually found out that the same sort of treatments could be used for PMS too. Every time I threaten my PMS with serious treatment, it seems better the next month. I suppose that's another example of the power of positive thinking ;)
