Jobs: Apples vs Oranges

You really can price out anything now-a-days. A friend was recently looking at job offers. Since each company assumes you value something different, the comparisons get very difficult! One brags about time off, while another notes how low your life insurance costs are. Some have flexible spending accounts, while others may have them, but really want to talk about their community discounts. It's crazy!

I remember learning in college that as long as basic needs can be met, salary doesn't have to go up by much for job satisfaction to go up. People value respect, appreciation and convenience much more than some employers expect!

If you could change one aspect of your benefits package (not counting your salary for now!) what would it be?
