I'm usually all up for rainy fall-ish days, but today it's sort of bumming me out. I'd promised Maggie another picnic lunch in the park, but it isn't going to happen. We're still in our pjs, even though Grandpa has already been here and left. I would say it's a beautiful day to be a duck, but someone recently told me that even ducks don't like the rain. So that lil cliche is ruined for me too. Hruummphh.
So we have no plans until maybe a friend's open house this evening. But do we want to do that in the rain? Looks like a very good day to hide out under the covers.
