Random Tuesday Thoughts

Yes. It's Tuesday. I'd like to post about some random Tuesday thoughts that don't turn into a huge bitch-fest. Give me a few minutes here.

Maggie and I made it out of the house bright and early this morning! The free story time in the next town over started at 9:30 AM (what? That's early for us!). After story time we hit the store. With a $5 coupon and some bottle returns, I ended up getting milk, apple juice, cherry Coke and some aspirin for just 32 cents! Yay!

Tonight Maggie and daddy get to spend a fun evening together! I'm going to a Lia Sophia jewelry party at a friend's house. I don't have any money to buy anything, but it'll be nice to get out for a bit anyway.

Speaking of jewelry, I've got a really icky looking rash under my wedding rings. It looks like a burn, and the skin is peeling off in big (well, as big as fit under the rings) pieces. And it's itchy. Today it started bleeding. Unfortunately, it's probably from either my new lotion that I got for Christmas, or the new soap I got for the bathrooms around the holidays. If I don't use the lotion, the rest of my hands are turning red and cracking because they're so dry. It sounds like I'm just screwed. :(

And I just this instant broke one of my favorite necklaces that a friend got for me last year. This would have been a good day for me to just sleep through, apparently.
