A friend just reminded me that NaNoWriMo is coming up fast...do I dare try again? I don't think my man would be in favor. Two years ago I finished, but it wasn't easy, and I wasn't working a 'real' job at the time. If I'm going to take a swing at it again, I need to come up with plot of sorts...hmm.....
Speaking of writing, I just finished my thank-you notes. Not bad...nine days from the party to ready to mail (okay, so I still need to seal all the envelopes). I'd say I'm doing pretty well.
Now we're gearing up for my brother's wedding in late October. The first wedding I'll ever be in. Kind of fun to say, since I've been married twice :) I'm looking forward to an actual ceremony thing, especially since I'll get to walk with my own husband, the love of my life.
