So we've more or less got a furnace now. No humidifier or chimney thingy, but the house is heated. The idiots doing the '2-hour job' were here for 5 hours Friday night, but haven't finished. They didn't do the venting or something all the way, so the basement is like 100 degrees. And they are incapable of making an appointment to finish the job. So they just call my man's cell. "How about now?" "No? We'll call back in an hour."
Then they call back in like 7 or 8 hours to have the same conversation. Morons. And they've installed a major gas appliance in our home. Ugh.
