Yesterday's happy moment wasn't what most would expect. As I mentioned earlier, I brought the girls to the house for a little field trip. NO, that wasn't happy. That was stress. And my man is under a lot of stress too! So we kinda circled and growled at each other most of the evening and through dinner.
Then I offered to spend the last of my money for Dairy Queen (my favorite!). As we drove there, I found a piece of paper on the floor left by someone who had been test driving it. (Know anyone who wants a '96 Impala?)
When we got out of the car, he asked me to pick up the paper. No problem. As we approached the store, I could see a trash can just inside the door, but he stopped. He snapped his fingers and pointed to the trash can a little further down the sidewalk. Okay. That sounds really weird in writing. But I like to do things for him, and I like when he bosses me around. And he wouldn't do it if he didn't want to play with me.
So we weren't mad anymore. And he still wants to be the boss of me :)
