Well. Almost 4 months over with no full-time job. And in case I haven't mentioned it before, I live alone. So that means no money coming in to the household. Or not enough on a regular basis, anyway.
Which explains my previously unexplained absence. If you quit paying your ISP, they quit letting you dial in. Funny how that works.
But now I'm back, to let you know...oh, you know what I mean.
Working on getting unemployment compensation, but may be denied since I originally quit my job. Doesn't seem quite fair, since I've paid in for years, but I'll save the soapbox lecture til after I find out if I'm approved or not. Keep your fingers crossed. And send me ramen noodles. And cat food for the girls.
