Really??

I had to come back and post the follow-up from my WTH about my former printing company. I hired SuperCopyUSA.com on February 22 to process my print order totaling about $55. They didn't touch the job til I called on March 9, when the nice man said it was shipping that day. I received two emails (from the company as well as USPS) on March 13 saying it was actually shipping.

I finally received my order on March 15. Unfortunately, none of it was on three-hole punch paper (which I paid extra for to include more than half of my order) and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Ugh! I called and emailed right away requesting a full refund. They promised I will see all of my money refunded early next week. If not, I'll certainly let you know!
