I hope I'm not being too optimistic planning to eat in addition to spending each day with two kids ;)
Just kidding - I know plenty of women who do more with more than two kids - I'm just still trying to find my groove...
Monday: Meatballs, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts
Tuesday: Probably leftovers, since hubby usually has plans on Tuesday night...
Wednesday: Chinese Chicken (if hubby wants to make it)
Thursday: Tacos (then Disney on Ice!!)
Friday: Loaded Baked Potato Soup
