Today was our music class, and we brought along a friend. It always makes things even more fun :) And it keeps me a little more engaged too. I'm so used to following Maggie, or doing what Maggie wants, that I have very little time to do things I want to do without her.
Our class this session involves a half hour of class for just the kids, then they sing a special song that invites the parents in for the last 15 minutes. Usually I hang out in the lobby with the other parents and we all entertain ourselves. My big activity is usually playing online games with my iPad. Today we actually sort of visited. We so seldom get to visit without being interrupted by the kids - it was nice for a change :)
