Menu Plan Monday!

I'm really trying to keep things together this week, so a menu plan is going to be a necessity!

Monday: Nacho Dip at my MyMiche Bag party.
Tuesday: Kielbasa and macaroni & cheeese
Wednesday: Chicken Tacos
Thursday: Beef Stroganoff over rice
Friday: City Chicken

So it may actually vary from day to day, but these are the meals I'm getting stuff for at the store this afternoon :)

Ok that Nacho Dip sounds yummy. What is City Chicken? Never heard of it. I really need to plan my week. I would be much better off doing it.

You asked where in the UP I go. I go to Houghton, Marquette, Iron Mountain and then there is a town 30 miles North of Iron Mountain where my friend has a house. Hang on I have to call my friend. Ok It's Channing. It was bugging me so I had to call her. LOL I heard of Copper Country or County. I love it up there. Only thing I don't like is all the woods in between town. I mean MILES and no cell phone reception. LOL

It all sounds delicious and I like the variety of it. It's a great idea to plan your meals one week in advance.

Dear Frogs,

I hear you too! She even talks about chocolate! Not good for my figure!

I like to just have all the ingredients for the week too. That way it doesn't matter what you prepare, you have the stuff to make those particular meals. Note to self... make a plan :)
