When I woke up this morning, I thought it was just a weird dream. Once I called hubby, though, he confirmed my memory.
I didn't go to bed til 2am or so again after trying desperately to get ahead in my work hours. As usual, I gave up on work when Maggie fussed about sleeping in the crib, so I got her and took her to bed with me. Sometime in the next couple hours, hubby nudged me and said, "Where's Maggie?" I looked to my right, where I expected her to be, and she wasn't there. I didn't want to tell him I'd lost the baby! As I peered over the edge of the bed, I saw her just lying there on the floor.
"Oh, she's right here," I told him as I picked her up and snuggled her in with me again. Silly girl (me and her!).
Luckily, the house is essentially as child-proofed as it can get since she can get off the bed on her own and frequently does so as we're waking up in the morning. She was fine, just bored on the bed last night, apparently.

Haha- oops!!
glad you found her lol
I'm sure you were surprised to see her there on the floor. At least you didn't have to search to find her.
Good thing she wasn't under the bed. LOL!
We "lost" our baby once in a similar story. The first night we had Harold in Guatemala, we didn't have a crib. So, he just slept on the floor. Turns out he scooted a lot in his sleep. Meanwhile, I had this dream that someone had broke into our hotel room and stole Harold and I woke up seriously scared. I told, "C.O. someone took Harold!" So, C.O. gets out of bed and for a while, can't find him! We finally tracked him down, he was completely under the bed. Yikes. But at least my dream wasn't true. =)

This has happened to me, too. One of our kids crawled in bed, and dh put him back in his own bed later. I woke up in the morning freaking out. Scary!
hahaha
I am glad you found her!
Silly Maggie!
What a cute story. I'm glad you found her. That's always scary when you little one is missing, even if it's in your own home.
