After having little Miss Maggie, I wondered if some things would ever be the same again (my mom reads this, and while she'll know what I mean, cuz she had me, she doesn't want to read me spelling it out...). Besides the whole hotdog-down-a-hallway concern, there's also the fear of sneezing. Okay, okay, I'm talking about those accidental piddles/tinkles/leaks that can start toward the end of pregnancy and continue after having the baby.
But wait, we're getting to the party part! C'mon in and join us! It's time for the Kegel Karnival!! I really can't make the instructions any clearer than Jennifer already did. So step right up! Grab a drink and a cookie and have some fun! But please, don't make us laugh too hard, all right?
