What a weekend!! Yesterday my fabulous man was up til 3am or so finishing the majority of our wood floors in the living room and down the hall. Today he's doing a little more work on the walls (spackling and touch-up painting) and gluing down the last few wood pieces (that didn't want to be attached with the pneumatic nail gun).
For his big afternoon off, he joined me and his inlaws on a trip to Greenfield Village to see the old-fashioned holiday stuff. What a man!!
Tonight's project for me (after baking most of the day yesterday), is working on our holiday cards (I doubt I'll get all 150+ done tonight) while I watch March of the Penguins. All in all, not a bad weekend (although I hate the parts of the movie where some of the penguins die :( ).
