Ugh. One of the least favorite parts of every job I've ever had. It's time for self-evaluation and completing an evaluation for your manager. Like I said, ugh. And do I get extra time to focus and do this? No. Squeeze it in between calls. Whatever. And my timing was so close...If this had all come about just a couple weeks later, I'd be on medical leave and off the hook. Instead I'm sitting here on my lunch (mostly because it kills me to walk alll the way to my car and allll the way back) working on reviews. Ugh.
