I am SO proud of my company. They are matching employee contributions for the American Red Cross for Hurricane Katrina at 100%! So far, we've raised over $70,000 before the match. Wow. Also in regards to the hurricane, tomorrow is another moderately sucky day at work. Whenever I work in the main lobby, the tv is on MSNBC all day. How very, very depressing. There's a reason I'm not allowed by my family or my man to watch the news. It screws with my moods so seriously :( Yuck. But I'll just wait and worry about that tomorrow.
So who's planning on NaNoWriMo this year? I think I'm going to give it another try...It'll be tougher with working full time, but last year I had to be done early. I think with a tight schedule I can do it again. Cross your fingers with me, or let me know if you're going to uncross them and type along! If I can do it, you can - I never finished til I think it was my third year trying. We'll see if I can do it again!
