He made it home safe and sound :D
He brought me a pewter (?) replica of the Koln Cathedral. He said there's really just no way to describe how massive it is. The church spire in Lippstadt (where we stay in Germany) is barely past the first story (of sorts) on the Cathedral. And that spire was bigger than anything else in the cute lil town!
I would love to be spending time with him right now instead of doing this, or editing (which I'm going to do shortly), but he's helping his dad move :( I threw my bathrobe-clad self at him at the door and begged him not to go...it didn't work :( So he should be back soon for a visit, to drop off our two new couches and take our old one with him....oh! Here they are now!
