Big debate (okay, discussion...) on gay marriages on a board I frequent. I feel unexpectedly stongly about the right of everyone to reach for their happiness. A quote was brought up that I found really great: "Marriage has been undermined by divorce, so don't tell me about marriage," he said. "Don't blame the gay and lesbian, transgender and transsexual community." from Richard Daly, Mayor of Chicago.
So true, marriage is already a farce for so much of the straight community, how on earth can people be all up in arms about gays ruining it?
