If I ever have my own company, or am in a position of hiring for any company I'm at, I will ask: "Do you rinse out your returnable pop cans/bottles?" The correct answer is yes. This answer must be matched with appropriate action. If the answer is no or they lie to me, they will only have a job cleaning up after other vile scum like themself. Yuck. Feckin savages.
